OX Billiards is all set to stage its third annual Seattle Snooker Open from June 22-24.

The 2024 Seattle Snooker Open will consist of an entry field of 28 players, with sixteen players qualifying through a series of qualifying events.

Two players have already qualified, Alexander Newstead and Kevin Keui, as the winner and runner-up respectively of the Washington State Snooker League (WSL) Season 4.

Fourteen further players will qualify from qualifying tournaments being held at the following seven billiard rooms:

- OX Billiards, Seattle, WA
- Empire Billiards, Redmond, WA
- In The Pocket Snooker Club, Rochester, WA
- Top 147, Richmond, BC, Canada
- Legends Billiard Room, Beaverton, OR
- Embassy Billiards Club, San Gabriel, CA
- Chicago Snooker, Chicago, IL

However players will be able to enter the 2024 Seattle Snooker Open direct without qualifying, subject to available places under the capacity.

Players who enter without qualifying will be seeded lower than the players who have qualified, with the number one seeding automatically being awarded to last year's Champion, Varun Juneja, who defeated the former United States National Snooker Championship runner-up Cheang Ciing Yoo 5-4 in the final.
