The Tour will consist of Murphy appearing at two clubs in both Canada and the United States, where he will play frames with local players, take pictures and sign autographs. The frames will be lighthearted, entertaining, and educational. The purpose of this Tour, which is being organized by OX Promotions which is a division of OX Billiards, is to fan the snooker flames and inspire current and new players across North America.

Englishman Murphy, who resides in Dublin, Ireland, with his wife and son, has been a professional player since 1998 and to date sits at number six in the world rankings. The 41-year-old is known as "The Magician" because of his creative style of play, which has helped him compile eight maximum 147 breaks in professional competition. His next appearance on the World Snooker Tour this season will be at this year's World Championship at the Crucible in Sheffield, England, from April 20 - May 6.

Murphy's first stop on this Tour will be at The Ranchmen's Club in Calgary, Alberta, on June 11. This is a beautiful private and historic social club committed to being a diverse community that enhances the business, family and social aspects of members' lives. Then on June 14, he will continue his Canadian journey to play at the Star Snooker Club in Richmond, British Columbia.

Murphy will then venture south and cross the border into the United States for a show on June 16 at the "famed" OX Billiards in Seattle, which has previously hosted many top snooker professionals including the reigning World Champion Luca Brecel, and the former World Champion Judd Trump.

The Tour finale will be held at the Embassy Billiards Club in San Gabriel, California, on June 18, which is the largest snooker club in the United States and last year staged the biggest ever United States National Snooker Championship.
