It has been revealed by the Pan American Billiards and Snooker Association (PABSA) that the 2026 Pan American Snooker Championships will be staged in Brazil at the Mampituba Country Club in Criciúma, Santa Catarina, from October 31 - November 8.

The previous occasion that Brazil hosted these Championships was back in 2023 at the Rio de Janeiro Yacht Club, and now the Brazilian Billiards and Snooker Confederation (Confederação Brasileira de Bilhar e Sinuca - CBBS) has chosen another beautiful location, known locally as Sociedade Recreativa Mampituba (SRM).
There will be two events with the Pan American Seniors Snooker Championship starting off proceedings being played from October 31 to November 3, with the winner qualifying to compete in the 2027 World Seniors Snooker Championship at the Crucible in Sheffield, England. Then commencing on the November 4 will be the Pan American Open Snooker Championship, with the winner being crowned on November 8 and being awarded a coveted two-year spot to compete as a professional on the World Snooker Tour (WST) from the 2027-28 season.
