Adam Nijiati has won the 2025-26 Series Q Tour Americas event 4 after he defeated Hasanain Alsultani in the final at the California Snooker Academy in San Jose, California.

After a routine 4-0 victory in round one against Paul Richardson, Nijiati came back from trailing 3-1 to Sargon Isaac to overcome the three-time former United States National Snooker Champion 4-3 on the final black ball to secure his quarterfinal berth.

In the quarterfinals Nijiati faced Andy McCloskey, the winner of last season's Q Tour Americas event in the United States, and even though McCloskey won the first frame, he hit back strongly to complete a 4-1 success.

Nijiati then had a very fine 4-1 semifinal victory against Peter Du to book a final appearance against Alsuntani, who won the 2023-24 Series Q Tour Americas event two at this same venue.

Alsuntani secured his place in the final by defeating Ajeya Prabhakar 4-2, which avenged his semifinal loss to Prabhakar in last year's United States National Snooker Championship, and he fought an intense battle which went down to the final colors in the final frame though Nijiati came out on top 5-4.

Organized by the Pan American Billiards and Snooker Association (PABSA), this was the fourth and final event of this season's Q Tour Americas series. Events 1 and 2 were in Brazil and both won by home player Igor Figueiredo, with event 3 in Toronto, Canada, which was won by the Canadian player Alan Whitfield.

The top performers of the 2025-26 Series Q Tour Americas will qualify for the World Professional Billiards & Snooker Association (WPBSA) Q Tour Global Playoff which will be held in Gandía, Spain, from March 15 - 17.
